Member libraries can access this service by our toll-free number, 1-800-234-0529, Ext. 164, and get phone assistance with basic computer and technology problems. Next level technical problems are referred to the Automation and Technology Consultant and Coordinator for response.

Member libraries are encouraged to contact Ted Morris for basic computer and technology troubleshooting during the hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please leave a voice message if necessary.

In addition to assisting member libraries by phone with computer problems, this position provides internal technical support for SCKLS staff, maintain the SCKLS website and supports SCKLS communications to member libraries.
